The hiring journey kicked off with online tests and my initial application. After that, I jumped into an in-person group activity. It was structured with about five groups, each having five people, and our task was to tackle a case study. Those who passed this stage moved on to the interviews. The first interview was online with the area manager, focusing on my technical skills and job-related competencies. Once I passed that, I had my second interview, which was in-person, one-on-one, and led by a partner. This chat felt more casual and was shorter, centered on my personal experiences and professional background. On top of that, I had a third interview, also in-person, with a more senior partner. I'm not entirely sure if this is a standard step for everyone, but it was similar to the previous one, though with an even stronger emphasis on my profile and career path. I also recall there being a background check before the offer was extended.
