Case Behavioral Presentation

It started with a resume screen, then a first round interview, and finally a superday. The superday included two case studies and a behavioral interview. The entire process was virtual. I heard back pretty much immediately. It was a good experience overall, though I didn't get my first location choice. The recruiters were really nice.

Case Behavioral

Your first real interview is usually in person or over a video call, and it has two main parts. First, there's a case interview, which EY-Parthenon is famous for. They'll give you a business problem to work through, and you'll need to come up with solutions and explain why they're the best. Then, there's a behavioral interview where they want to know about your past experiences and skills to see if you'll be a good fit for the company culture. They'll probably ask about times you worked in teams, led others, and other similar things.
