The interview process was excessively long, spanning months and including repetitive tasks and questions, with long periods of no communication. Despite this lengthy process, it ended with them hiring someone else. The lack of clarity and drawn-out timeline was frustrating and felt like a waste of my time and energy.

The interview process was pretty long, lasting about 3-4 months with 5 interviews in total. I met with 3 Partners, 1 Director, and 1 MD. The first four interviews were mostly about checking if I had the right technical skills, and the last one was to see how I'd fit into the company culture.
