Behavioral Technical Case

It was a three-step interview process. First, there was a Hireview, then a take-home case-study. Finally, a Superday which was virtual and included 2 Behavioral and 1 Technical Interview. Overall, it was a great experience. They were well-organized, communicated clearly, and the conversations with employees at all levels were very pleasant.

Case Behavioral

I submitted my resume through college and had a coffee chat with a current employee working in recruiting. Then, I got invited to a super day in NYC. They gave us a week's notice. The people who welcomed us were nice and excited, but the people interviewing us clearly couldn't care less about the candidates. The interviewers were not very personable and it was super off-putting. I had 2 45-minute case interviews and 1 45-minute behavioral interview. I think I botched one of these, so I wasn't expecting an offer.

  • What are 3 adjectives that your peers and colleagues would use to describe you?
  • Why are you interested in EYP?
