Product Analyst
It was a full day process. We had a walk-in drive, then an HR round, followed by a tech assessment interview. The final round was with the hiring manager, after which they extended an offer letter. You need knowledge of Cosmos DB and SQL, and good speaking and communication skills.
- Since this is a non-technical role, are you interested?
Software Development Engineer
So, there were 3 total rounds. The first two were technical interviews. Round 1 was all about data structures and algorithms, specifically working with arrays. I had to write code to solve a problem using arrays, and we ran it in an online compiler to test it. Round 2 dove into system design. We talked about design challenges I've faced in my current projects and also went over common system design scenarios, discussing the pros and cons. The last round was with HR.
- Can you solve this array-based search problem?
- Tell me about the design challenges you've faced in your current project.
- What is your strategy for designing distributed systems?
Senior Product Manager
Started with an initial phone screen from HR/Recruiter. Then had two 1-hour interviews where I detailed my past projects technically and functionally. The interviewers didn't introduce themselves, the company, or the role, jumping straight into technical discussions. They interrupted frequently and unprofessionally. They refused to turn on video citing excuses, but insisted I use video, which I did. The interviews covered design tradeoffs, system design, and constraints. HR/Recruiter gave no prep guidance. Despite requesting expedited process due to other final-stage interviews, they delayed by a week. No follow-up communication post-interviews. I've received other offers. They record interviews without consent.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Service Manager
So I had 4 interviews in total. First, HR wanted to chat about my background and why I was looking to switch jobs. Then, I spoke with the process lead about my technical knowledge. The third interview was with the general manager, and it covered a mix of what HR and the process lead asked. The final round was with the onshore lead, who wanted to get a feel for my overall experience and see if I'd be a good fit. They were really transparent throughout the whole process and kept me updated on my application status.
- Could you describe your overall experience in healthcare IT?
- Tell me about your experience training end users.
