I had a phone screening that lasted 40 minutes, which felt pretty long. The person interviewing me was like a robot and mostly asked yes/no questions. They expect clinicians to be totally fine with all their core treatment areas, and you really need to be. I felt like I got dinged because I said I'm more of a specialist in one area than another. The phone screener marked me down for that, and I didn't get a second interview.

The interview felt a bit rushed. The interviewer called earlier than scheduled and spoke fast, making it hard to keep up. It seemed like they were in a hurry to meet their own deadlines. The questions were pretty standard, like asking what attracted me to the company and about recruiting metrics, but I didn't feel I had enough time to really think and answer properly.

The first interview was with HR and felt rushed, the interviewer was on a tight schedule and the interview finished quickly. She talked fast and didn't let me ask questions. The next interviewer was a young woman who read questions from her computer, she wasn't engaging and couldn't answer questions, seeming unprepared. It didn't feel like a professional place.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process has 3 steps: first, an HR phone call for about 30 minutes. Then, a 1-hour interview with an SLP where they'll ask about your experience and some situational questions. Lastly, a written document with reference checks is required. They are very thorough and it's a pretty extensive interview process especially as an SLP.
