Sales Development Representative
The selection process mainly has two phases. The first round was a group discussion, followed by a final HR round. There were common questions asked, and the HR round was particularly challenging. The HR manager was very friendly and supportive throughout the process.

Shift Supervisor
Had an interview with the terminal manager, then another with the assistant terminal manager and another staff member. We took a tour of the terminal and the support buildings, and also toured the maintenance building and the office. We discussed the training program both locally and in Akron.
