The whole thing took like 6 months to get through 7 interviews for one job. They were super unprofessional in the end, ghosting me with a rejection text. Then, like 3 months after that, they hit me up again asking if I was happy where I ended up. Made me wonder what their game was.

It was a quick, informative, and to the point interview. They gave a brief overview, then I filled out some paperwork, and then I picked my routes and start date. That was it.

The interview process was really disorganized. The manager spent more time talking about himself than asking relevant questions. The other person seemed bored and like they didn't want to be there. It felt strange and unstructured, lasting about an hour. I left feeling totally confused. Either the manager wasn't prepared, or he got the job through connections. The role itself is a good opportunity, but the company seems like a mess.

The whole thing took a while, like over 6 weeks to finish all the interviews. I talked to 8 different people, some on the phone and some in person. Honestly, knowing what I know now, I probably should have just stayed at my old job. They had 4 people lined up for interviews and then I found out 2 of them backed out.
