Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Express Care Urgent Care.
Physician Assistant
It was a working interview which was something new to me! I enjoyed the process. Similar to rotations, I would see a patient, do a history and physical, come out, present, discuss what I wanted to do and defend my rationale. I actually applaud this style of interview because they got to see my personality, my speed and test my knowledge.

Radiologic Technologist
It began with a phone confirmation. Then a brief phone interview happened. After that, a face-to-face interview was scheduled. I went to the location, had a short talk with some typical interview questions, and that was it. They gave me an offer right there, and I even completed all the paperwork and drug tests on the spot. I was able to start working within the week.
