Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process started with a screening call where a consultant talked about what Exponent does and checked if I'd be a good fit for consulting. Then, there was a second screening call that was similar to the first. After that, I had an all-day meeting which included several one-on-one interviews with other consultants. These interviews were a mix of behavioral and scenario-based questions. I also had a presentation session where I presented on a topic of my choice and then answered questions. Finally, I spoke with HR about more background details.
