Sales Representative
I applied online and got an email from HR asking me to answer a few questions via a link. I did that right away. A week later, the same HR person emailed me to set up a phone interview. I scheduled it for later that week. But an hour before the interview, they emailed saying the interviewer was sick and we needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next week. When the interview time came, they never called. I waited 30 minutes, then emailed to check if the time was right. The next day, still no response, so I emailed again to reschedule or see if something changed. Still no word. I was bummed because I was really looking forward to interviewing with the company, and it was upsetting to not hear back, especially since I'd taken time off work twice for this. If they'd hired someone or weren't hiring anymore, I wish they'd just let me know instead of leaving me hanging with no explanation for why the interviewer never called or why it wasn't rescheduled. It felt really unprofessional.

Software Engineer
I applied online and a recruiter reached out the very next day. They set up a phone call where I just talked about my background and some projects I'd worked on. I also got to hear about the company's history and what benefits they offer. After that, I was sent a take-home assignment via email, which didn't take too long to finish. The final step was an in-person interview at their office. If you can make it work, the whole process can be done in under a week, but since I was still working, mine was spread out over two weeks.

Business Development Executive
So first I had a phone screen, then I went in for two separate in-person interviews. These in-person interviews were a mix of one-on-one chats and group panel discussions. They keep things pretty chill during the interviews, making you feel comfortable. You can tell they're really interested in hiring you if you seem like you have a lot of potential. Being confident and friendly is key because they want to know you're good with people.
- Which matters more: closing a deal or ensuring the customer is happy?
Marketing Coordinator
It was a horrible experience. There was no communication between HR and the Hiring Manager, and the Hiring Manager was confused about the position I was interviewing for, so I had to correct them. I also spent about half an hour waiting in reception before being called in. It felt like a waste of my time.
