It was a smooth process. They will ask you questions about how you'd handle children and any challenges they might face, along with possible safeguarding questions. Just make sure your enthusiasm for teaching shines through and specifically why you're interested in exploring learning.

The whole process took about 7 weeks total, with 5 rounds and 3 panel interviews. I met with at least a dozen people and they moved me along really fast. Everyone was super nice and kept me updated with good feedback. The last interview was with the CEO and 2 other people I met before. The recruiter let me know the hiring manager was torn between the final candidates and that we were some of the best they'd ever seen. It all felt unnecessary though. The CEO makes the final call and neither of us got the job! Why not just go from the hiring manager to the CEO? It felt like a waste of time, especially for the employees. Maybe it's just me, but I think the hiring manager should have been the one to deliver the news after such a long process.

It was 4 steps with a short writing project between the 3rd and 4th step. Despite being a lot of steps, it was absolutely the best interview process I've ever experienced. Everyone was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. It felt less like an "interview" and more like a conversation. The recruiter I worked with was very clear on the timeline, responsive to my questions, and always gave updates before the deadline.

I went through a phone chat with the recruiter, then a Teams meeting with the HR head, and then another Teams meeting with the HR head and Team Leaders. It was a long process, with about a week between each step. I didn't get an offer even though I thought the interviews went well. They seem to interview a lot of people for one job, so it feels like a lottery to get hired even with good background and education.
