The interview process was really drawn out, lasting about two months. I got through all the stages and even got a confirmation email and finished the document verification part. But then, the HR just refused to give me the offer letter. It left me feeling totally frustrated and down for about six months. Luckily, I found another job later, even though it paid less. If not, this year would've been a total mess. It wasn't just me; four other people who were selected had the same thing happen. I think Expleo is a decent company, but the HR person handling my case was super unprofessional and didn't keep their word at all. At first, they were really nice, but then they started ignoring messages and kept postponing updates. Finally, they claimed 'other candidates were selected,' but none of those candidates ever got offer letters. It felt like a total scam, messing with our feelings and all the effort we put in. Dealing with such dishonesty after working so hard is really discouraging and mentally draining. I really hope the higher-ups look into these HR practices because situations like this can really mess with a candidate's mental health and could even make someone lose hope or do something drastic. Please make sure no one else has to go through this.

First there was a telephonic interview and a technical round. Then the client conducted two more technical rounds. Finally, I had a casual chat with HR where they asked about my previous company experience and some technical questions.

This was a good experience but the rounds were hectic and they wouldn't make it fast, and results are delayed. There were no responses after all the interviews. The interview started for one role but they ended up offering or asking to work for another role.
