We were given an online test that included math, substitution, and logical reasoning questions. After that, there was an onsite multiple-choice written test and a group assessment. In the group assessment, we were split into groups of 3, and each person had to describe a structure to their teammates so they could build it, but we had to describe it in a different way.

Behavioral Technical Coding

After clearing the aptitude test, I got an interview call from Expleo. They asked me for a self-introduction, about my achievements, and a memorable incident from my college life. Then they asked technical questions like whether Java is compiled or interpreted and the difference between Java and Python. Finally, they gave me a puzzle about cutting a cake into 3 slices and making 8 pieces out of it, which I failed to solve. However, this interview gave me positivity and I learned a lot from it.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

I applied online and got a phone call with some questions about me. Then I had an assessment day which included an exam, a group game, and a one-to-one interview. I had applied several times before for the graduate role and was delighted when HR called and invited me to the Assessment Day on Wednesday, January 16th, 2019. I took the day off work and prepared, feeling good about it when I left. However, I'm very disappointed because I've been completely ignored since. No contact, no feedback, nothing about whether I was successful. The graduates were supposed to be training in South Africa last week, and I got no feedback at all about my application, and my emails to the person who gave me the assessment day details have been ignored. Obviously, I was unsuccessful, but shouldn't I have been contacted to let me know, instead of being left waiting? There were 18 applicants that day; I don't think that's too many to justify ignoring the unsuccessful ones.
