First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Expertus.
Analyst
It was a nice, simple, and smooth interview with basic questions relevant to the job. They asked technical questions tailored to my profile. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, starting with introductions and general discussion. I also got to ask questions about the role and career growth opportunities.
- What is your primary goal?
Manager
The interview process had two rounds: one with HR and a technical one. I heard back the following week. The onboarding was also pretty smooth. The interview questions were pretty spot-on and based on real-life scenarios. They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to switch jobs, and why I picked them.
- Can you tell me about your career achievements and your joining date?
Developer
It was pretty standard, like most other companies. Started with a written aptitude test, then a technical round. After that, I had a one-on-one with top management, and finally, the HR round. Pro tip: try to negotiate a higher salary early on because it gets harder later!
- What are the basics of PHP?
- Were there any formal or technical questions asked?
- Were there any generic questions?
Systems Administrator
The interview process consisted of three rounds. One Apptitude, One Technical & One Non Technical. Being the first interview, HR made sure I was not nervous. And the Technical Round had questions regarding the knowledge from my University Projects.
- Tell me about your experience with shell scripting.
