I went through two hiring processes with this company and the experience was generally quite disappointing. The first time, I applied for a role and had three interviews: one with HR, another with the sales manager, and a final one with several team members. That last interview felt a bit awkward because it seemed like they weren't even well-prepared for the questions they were going to ask. After that final interview, I heard nothing back. I had to reach out to HR myself to ask about the process, and they responded two weeks later via WhatsApp, in a very informal tone, just to say they'd chosen someone else. What also struck me was that they never asked about my availability. They just sent calendar invites with a fixed day and time, so I had to adjust my work schedule to attend. Weeks later, they opened another position, and the HR person messaged me again on WhatsApp to see if I was interested. I said yes, and this time I had two interviews with managers. I thought they went quite well, but the same thing happened again: two weeks with no news, and I had to reach out again, because I at least expected a response. A week later, they told me I didn't get the position. The outcome isn't the main thing, but after several interviews, it feels disrespectful not to give any feedback or have a clearer process. Also, in these last interviews, they didn't ask about my availability either, and again, they sent calendar invites without asking first what day worked for me. Overall, the process felt quite disorganized and lacked communication. Most importantly, they never mentioned salary...

It was a very quick and straightforward process. Started with a recruiter call, then an onsite interview with the hiring manager, followed by meetings with other legal team members, sales, and product. No assessments were given. Overall, it was a very pleasant and transparent experience.

The interviewer rescheduled our call more than ten minutes *after* our scheduled call time. They called for the rescheduled time late and had an attitude of eagerness for the conversation to end. The interviewer gave no details about the company or position... for all they knew I had no idea what position I was interviewing for. They asked confusing questions that I'm not even sure how to document or answer, and my answers were doubted and questioned as though I wasn't being honest. I had spent 4 or so hours preparing for this interview and had even prepared to answer hard questions I was told this interviewer often asked. But they never asked any of those questions which would have made sense. I tried to keep a positive attitude and carry a pleasant conversation despite the countless changes thrown my way. It was clear that they had decided against me before the interview, the call was over in less than 10 minutes. Only vague promises of getting back to me before too long. I wasn't given an opportunity to ask questions.
