I got this interview because of a referral from a career fair. The interviewers were really nice and supportive, which made things feel more relaxed. I don't remember the exact questions or what I said, but I felt encouraged the whole time. It's good to be prepared for interviews like this so you can make a good impression and show you're excited about the job. Being ready to talk about your skills and experiences is important, and also being open and engaging.

The first part was a quick aptitude test covering speed, time, and ratios. Then there was a general group discussion. If you passed that, you moved on to a technical face-to-face interview and then a final round to see if you're a cultural fit.

Behavioral Other

I met a recruiter at a career fair and they invited me for an interview. The interview was about 2 hours away, and when I got there, I interviewed with 3 employees. They don't have an HR department, so I was handed off to people in different departments. The interviews went well, the questions weren't hard, and it was more like a conversation. I asked about hearing back and no one knew for sure, but I was told I'd hear back regardless of offer. I followed up with interviewers a few weeks later after not hearing back and never got a response. It seemed unprofessional, especially since I traveled far. I feel like they should have at least replied to my follow up.

  • They asked about my major.
