There were 2 rounds of interviews, typically with the Department Manager and supervisor, and possibly with the District Manager and another Senior Manager. The interview was very cordial and friendly, with a focus on candidates who have a great attitude and fit the company's cultural attributes (make sure to do your research beforehand :). We discussed aspects of the role and your past employment, the usual interview topics. They are very decent, hardworking, and great people.

I went through a couple of interviews. They really seemed to care about having a positive, hardworking attitude and if I could learn the skills needed. They didn't put much weight on previous experience, which is typical for most entry-level customer service roles.
