Account Manager
It was a good process overall. They asked me some basic questions about what I know, my past experiences, and why I want this job. There were three stages in total. One stage involved a case study where I had to figure out how to make an imaginary hotel do better. They made an offer at the end, but I turned it down because the salary they offered was much lower than what I told them I was looking for when I applied. If the salary had been closer to what I expected, I would have taken it. They should have let me know upfront about the salary range so we didn't waste each other's time.
- Given data on an imaginary hotel and its competitors (revenue, avg stay length, room nights sold, booking window), please analyze the hotel's performance relative to competitors and devise a strategy for improvement, presenting it within 45 minutes.
Account Manager
The recruiter was nice and direct. However, the video interview with the "interview managers" was uncomfortable and belittling. They made me feel like they would laugh at me after a terrible interview with irrelevant questions. This aligns with negative reviews about the company, suggesting a toxic work environment. I declined to continue the process. It was surprising they expected a "go getter" who would work extremely hard while they did not seem educated about finding the right candidate. Their smirks and body language were shocking. I advise others to read reviews and save themselves.

Account Manager
Bad candidate experience. The process is long (5 interviews) with multiple different shareholders and very disorganised: they set an interview at 9pm for the day after 9am. I received different job related information from the job description, HR manager and hiring manager. I have never been asked any question about my ability to sell or to describe how I would react in a sales situation. After 5 interviews, the only feedback I got is one sentence via email. Very disappointing interview process when you see the great reviews on glassdoor. Be ready to potentially experience the same process, being confused, frustrated and accept very last minute interviews.
- How do you plan your onboarding?
