Receptionist
I had a phone call with the office manager, then went in to fill out paperwork and an application. After that, I toured the office and met the owner. We talked about my strengths and weaknesses and the job responsibilities. I got a job offer over the phone by the time I got home.
- How would you deal with a difficult client when you're alone?

It was a group interview, and I was hired on the spot! They're looking for interns, targeting high-school seniors and college students. You need customer service experience, be good with technology, and have good phone etiquette. Dress code is business casual.

Administrative Assistant
I met with the owner, broker, and recruiting agent in a conference room. They asked me some questions about my past work history and education, and what my job duties would be.
