It was pretty chill, just two interviews. First up was the team manager, then the COO. Each chat was about an hour long. Everyone was super nice and made it feel comfortable, no pressure at all.
- Can you tell me about your general knowledge of C# and .NET?
- Tell me about your experience in previous jobs.
.NET Fullstack Developer
Straightforward. Initial contact made via a recruitment service, as the company doesn't have internal recruiters. Followed by a technical interview with the manager of the team for the vacant position, and then a soft skills interview with a chief-level employee.
- Practical exercise on ASP.NET MVC
.NET Developer
Had a chat with the manager and the owner of the company. There were two interviews, covering a range of questions from personal to technical. Focused on front end and back end in MVC .NET. After the 2 interviews, they sent an offer.
- What technologies do you use?
- Stacks?
- Front end problems?
Web Developer
