They did a walk-in interview for 3 days, but they had already hired two people with references on the first day. The people who came the next day were told the interview was closed. They should have at least updated that the interview was finished.

The interview process was super thorough, showing they really care about finding someone who not only fits the company's goals and mission but also blends well with various departments. It was a detailed experience overall, and I found it pleasant and insightful. They have distinct stages for interviews: Phone, Face-to-Face, and a Technical Assessment, which I think is how companies, especially in IT, should structure their hiring. While the whole process took a while, about 3 weeks, it's clear they're dedicated to finding the right person, someone who not only matches the job but also fits into the company culture.
