First, you'll have a 30-minute chat with HR, followed by another 30-minute call with the hiring manager. If they like you, then you'll go through about two panel interviews, each with 3-5 people. The whole thing usually wraps up pretty quick, under two months.

We had four interviews in total. First, I spoke with HR over the phone. Then, the rest of the interviews were done via Zoom. I had one with the hiring manager, another with the director, and one more with someone who might be my coworker.

I was contacted by talent acquisition for an initial call. The recruiter was pleasant and asked standard screening questions. They also provided some advice on how to answer questions for the hiring manager. While I appreciated the feedback, it highlighted a cultural difference that wasn't ideal for me. I did have a conversation with the hiring manager, but we mutually decided not to move forward, as it seemed neither of us felt it was the right fit.
