To fill two CA article trainee positions, they invited about 50-60 students. The interview process spanned around 5-6 hours. The location was in an inconvenient area, far from the metro, requiring an auto ride. We experienced significant waiting times. Before the tests, we had to fill out a form asking about our family, their occupations, our strengths and weaknesses, and our willingness to work long hours. Everyone took a 15-question computer-based test for about 20 minutes. Due to limited computers (only 5-6), tests were conducted in turns. We were called around 9 AM and finished around 2-3 PM. Following the test, one of the company directors conducted interviews, asking basic questions. A notable incident was the jamming of the internet connection, leaving us without phone internet for the entire 5-6 hours, even for emergencies. I felt the process was unprofessional, with a lack of initial filtering, leading to a waste of time for everyone involved. The stipend adheres to ICAI norms.

I applied and then had a phone screen with an entry-level HR rep. They didn't send a calendar invite. It felt like they were just reading from a script, very robotic, not conversational at all – the least conversational phone screen of my career. Then I had an in-person interview, but I had to pay for parking myself, and again, no calendar invite was sent. I sent a thank you note afterwards, but then I received a standardized rejection email from the system.

Had 3 interviews over the span of 2 weeks, and then they moved quickly to extend an offer. It was a pretty standard process. The offer itself was thorough and had good benefits. I ended up declining the job because it wasn't the right fit for me at that particular time.

Applied on the job portal, then they saw my profile and called me for a direct walk-in interview. They asked about my skills and previous year of experience. Then we discussed salary and their working days and time.
