Had an initial interview with their hiring manager and then was offered a 2nd interview which was a full day job shadow. I learned that the company manages corporate accounts and helps companies renegotiate contracts. It seemed like a perfect fit for me considering i wanted to work with people and the fact that i got to help companies grow was a great added bonus. The company also conducted a 3rd round interview where they discussed the management training program which offers alot of growth and from what i heard from other employees i spoke to while waiting in their lobby they all loved it. Im excited for an opportunity to work with such a growing company, i read about them in a few business magazines, and even saw that they are apart of a philanthropy group called operation smile. That really excited me because I love the idea that the company cares about more then just themselves but rather others in the world.

Despite the website advertising that the role isn't door-to-door, it is. The first interview was a quick 15-minute in-person meeting with basic behavioral questions, and the hiring manager was friendly. If selected, you're asked to come back the next day for shadowing. This involves going door-to-door with reps to sell Verizon business accounts, and the employees are friendly but the whole process seemed sketchy. However, if you're looking for a commission-based B2B sales role, it could be a good opportunity.

It was pretty easy. Day 1 was meeting a hiring manager and it was 10 questions max. I was extended an invitation to shadow for the next day. Shadowing consisted of following one of the employees to whatever location they were heading to that day. Some people were in local areas and some went as far as 2 hours away. It is basically door-to-door sales but with businesses that are small to medium size.

I had my first interview with a hiring manager who was happy to answer my questions. The next day, I came back for an all-day shadow interview where I'd shadow an employee to learn about the job. This was a great way to see exactly what the role involved. It made my decision easy because I loved the position after seeing it firsthand. I wish more companies did this.
