I met with the president and CEO of the company, it was a very pleasant experience. We talked about my previous work experience and I felt very comfortable in the interview.

The interview process was quick and to the point, with two separate interview rounds. I had to travel to the location twice, and each time I experienced a wait of an hour or more before meeting with Z. During the interviews, it became clear I lacked prior experience in this field. I assured them I was willing to learn if provided with proper training, and was promised extensive training and a positive experience with executives. However, this was not the case, as I was left to figure things out on my own within a week.

My interview was set up at the sterling heights office. I had to hang out for a bit before my name was called. I was seated in a nice conference room. We had a casual chat about my past experiences and what the job entails.

It was a very informal and unprofessional interview. I left not even realizing I had been interviewed. When I did realize it, I thought to myself, maybe this company is just a bit different. I had no idea.
