& Process

This was my third interview with them. The interviewer acted unprofessional, smirking and asking personal questions instead of job-related ones. They repeatedly left the interview and argued loudly with the hiring manager about the role while I was still there. The general manager was judgmental and questioned my integrity. It was obvious that the workplace culture was poor, so I would not have accepted the job even if offered. While I would have respected a rejection, the interview was embarrassing due to the interviewer's constant smirking and laughter, and the hiring manager's inaction.

The process was quick and easy. There was just one interview. They asked simple questions about my previous work. I had to explain my jobs from the past. Most of the questions were about the specific tasks I listed on my resume. They also explained what the job involves and what they are looking for in a candidate.

The process was fair. The company was clear about expectations and open to answering questions about the role. Interviewers were practical and direct about technical matters important for the position.

After applying, I got an email about an interview in about 2 to 3 weeks. The first interview was a 1-hour 2D AutoCAD test. After the test, they told me if I passed I would have a second interview.
