So the recruiter from the company called me and we set up an in-person interview with the HR Manager and HR Director. We talked and they went over my resume, asking standard stuff. Then I tried to follow up like a bunch of times but they just ghosted me. It was pretty unprofessional, especially after I put in the time to interview.

Had a couple of phone calls, and then one in person. We talked about my strengths and weaknesses. I was upfront about the commission structure and that you gotta be proactive to make money, not just do basic sales stuff.

It was a quick and easy interview. They mostly wanted to know about my sales and customer service experience. They also wanted to gauge my communication skills as I'll be interacting with and selling to customers. Prior sales experience isn't necessary as they provide training.
