Social Media Coordinator
The interview process felt excessive for the role, salary, and what seemed like a lack of regard for employees. They required four separate interviews, including an on-site where there wasn’t even a designated place to park. The way employee culture and respect were described left a bad impression, especially when I was told, “your job description is not your job description.” When I asked why the previous person in the role was leaving, I was told she “couldn’t handle corporate life,” which felt dismissive and concerning. Combined with the overwhelming number of negative and toxic reviews on here, this was enough to deter me from moving forward. Overall, the experience did not reflect a company I’d feel comfortable joining.

Software Engineer
The interview process was lengthy but overall a positive experience. I had several remote interviews with individuals I would be working with directly, which gave me a great understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities.
- Given a current company challenge, how would you leverage your past experience to address it?
Senior Vice President
The interview process is pretty intense. You'll start with a screening interview, then go through multiple interviews with different team members. There might be panel interviews too. This company really values collaboration and involves a lot of people in the hiring process. Sometimes, the whole thing can take a bit longer than you'd expect.
- What are your thoughts on our culture, values, and beliefs?
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience?
- Describe a time when you demonstrated [specific behavior].
Membership Account Manager
My interview process started with an open house in early November, which was a cool way to meet people. About a week later, I heard there was a delay. A week after that, I got an email to schedule an interview. I initially applied for a sales role, but the account manager position seemed a better fit midway through. My first interview was with two executives who lead the sales department. I really enjoyed it and could tell they focus on hiring quality people. Within a few hours of that interview, my next one was scheduled. I met with about 5 people from HR, sales, and account management. I learned more about the roles and then started getting the 'tell us about a time when...' questions. Prep your interviews and be ready to explain your interest in the company and the value you bring. Within a week, we set up another interview with more account management team members. This was the toughest one, with various questions about my experience, skills, what I'm looking for, and why Exclusive Resorts. My final interview was a casual Zoom call with two Regional Managers. Later that day, I got a conference call where they offered me the job. They each shared something positive they noticed. It was a really unique and intentional process, and they invested a lot of time.
