The whole thing took me 4 months. I had 8 calls with them and they told me multiple times I was the best person for the job. I applied and interviewed for one role and got an offer that was lower than I expected salary-wise. Then they suggested I interview for a more senior role that fit my expectations better. At this point, I knew they wanted me, but they wanted me to do a project/presentation. After all the calls, I was annoyed they wanted me to do free work to extend the process. I told them this, but they insisted I do the task, which took a long time. In the end, they just said they hired someone else for the senior role and didn't mention the other role again. This whole experience made me think that working here would be chaotic.

Product Ads Coordinator
I applied through LinkedIn and went through three interviews. First, there were two phone interviews, and then a final Skype interview. After the initial phone interview, HR gave me an Excel exercise to complete within a few days, which involved analyzing a dataset and answering questions about it. Once they reviewed my work, they scheduled another phone interview to go over my answers. The last interview was via Skype, and it consisted mostly of behavioral questions. After that, they requested contact details for three references.

Product Manager
So, the interview process kicked off with a recruiter call where I had to answer basic questions about my background and some to get a feel for my personality and general work expectations. It was pretty standard. Next up was an onsite visit with the hiring manager. We dove deeper into my experience and chatted about the team dynamics and the role itself. The final step was another onsite, this time with the C-level executives. They were all super intelligent, approachable, and interesting. They asked some really in-depth questions, and you could tell they'd researched my past experience thoroughly, which I really appreciated. It was a great conversation. In the end, I turned down their offer because I had some reservations about fitting in culturally, but honestly, they were fantastic. If they want to offer you a position, they're quick about it. Overall, it was a good and efficient interview process, and I was impressed!

Content Marketing Manager
So I applied and a third-party recruiter hit me up super fast to schedule a phone screen for the next week. A couple days later, on Friday afternoon, she asked if I could do this HUGE assignment by Monday afternoon (the same day as the phone screen). It was like email copy and a 3,000+ word case study! She said the hiring manager was really keen on me and wanted to skip ahead to save time. Now, as a freelancer, I've done projects before the final stages, but never this massive, and definitely not before even talking to anyone! It felt like they just wanted free work. I told her there was no way I could do that in two days and was still down to chat on Monday. She then asked if Tuesday would work, which was still a no. During the actual phone screen, it turned out the job wasn't a good fit anyway, and the recruiter didn't even mention the big project! She ended by saying she'd pass my info to the hiring manager. I brought up the assignment, and she called back an hour later saying they weren't interested anymore. Seriously the most unprofessional thing ever. Had to warn others to avoid this company.
