So for the interview process, first you gotta look at the job description, do some digging on the company, and then get ready for some typical questions. ExcelR recruited from our campus starting Nov 11, 2024. The process was 2 days. First, an aptitude test on Nov 14 for 250+ candidates, with 220+ taking it and only 25 selected. Then, a Group Discussion on 'Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Employment' which lasted over an hour. Results were announced in 30 mins on WhatsApp, with 18 out of 25 shortlisted for interviews. Interviews happened the next day with one interviewer, asking easy-average questions. I was selected by the end of the day.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your projects and the technologies you utilized to build them? I was questioned mid-explanation but managed to respond effectively.
- Suppose you're working on a login page. How would you go about authenticating it and verifying both its functional and non-functional aspects? I was also able to answer this question.
