HR Manager
The interview process was quite pleasant and didn't take too long. It lasted about an hour, and we met a couple of times to discuss the initiatives. I met with the corporate team, and they were really receptive to my ideas on how to move forward with handling the HR initiatives that are coming up.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- What are your professional aspirations?
Client Coordinator
It was a smooth and normal interview. I sat down and we talked about the role, the company, my past experience, and what's expected for the position. Then we had a Q&A where we both asked about my experiences, previous jobs, and specific questions for this role.
- Tell me about your goals.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What are your future expectations?
Team Leader
Went through a pre-screening phone call, then an in-person interview in Bolton. The interview itself was pretty standard. When I asked about the daily life and career progression for a Team Leader, the answers felt really generic and unconvincing. After the interview, they said they'd let me know about the outcome, but I never heard back, not even after sending a follow-up email to the recruiter. This experience seems consistent with other reviews for this company, which doesn't seem very serious.
- Can you share an instance where you received feedback and subsequently made improvements?
- Describe a typical day in the life of a Team Leader.
- What are the defined career progression paths and framework for a Team Leader role?
Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator
Had a phone screening first, and then an in-person interview. The initial phone chat was just to confirm basic qualifications and gauge interest. The in-person interview was at the Dallas office in the CBS building and was pretty laid-back. Management was really informative and approachable.
- Can you tell me about your qualifications for this role?
- What makes you interested in this position?
- How well do you understand the responsibilities of a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator?
