Sales Manager
I went through 4 interviews. They led me on all the way until the end acting like they were going to hire me. Even said they wanted me to come in to the regional office at some point soon. Then they completely ghosted me. No call back. No email. Crickets. After a week or so I sent emails and no response. Based on my experience and being ghosted I think the company is probably typical of the two-faced, backstabby and cynical corporate culture that seems to permeate a lot of mid to large sized businesses today. Any company that does this type of unprofessional stuff on the front end to candidates can't really be trusted on the back end.
- Can you tell me about a challenge you faced?
- What was your favorite job?
- What is your greatest weakness?
Paramedical Examiner
I got in touch with them by phone initially, but they weren't hiring then and told me to check back. They were hiring later, so I went in to fill out an application. It was smooth, and the interview went great. A lot of material was covered in the interview, and I had few questions because it was very thorough. I was offered their highest commission base, 40% at the time, which is unusual for someone just starting with the company as an independent contractor right out of school.

Software Engineer
The interview process was quite welcoming for beginners and had a clear structure. It started with a written test featuring simple coding problems, focusing on arrays and strings. This was followed by a brief technical interview where the interviewer, who was very nice, asked me about my knowledge of Java basics, OOPS concepts, and some basic DSA. To wrap things up, there was a short HR discussion about my availability and what I expected from the internship.
- Tell me about OOP Java basics and DSA.
- How would you approach a DBMS problem-solving scenario?
- Discuss your understanding of problem solving.
Phlebotomist
The interview process was over the phone and felt really long with a lot of questions and explanations. It wasn't really like a formal interview. The employer was nice but it was hard to hear them on the phone. They didn't even schedule a time, they just called.
- Tell me about your experiences.
- Tell me about your education.
- How comfortable are you with difficult blood draws?
