Customer Service Representative

Process Associate
It was a three round interview process. First was an introduction and topic discussion. The second round focused on grammar and communication skills. The final round was with the manager and included HR-related questions and a situational judgment scenario.

Full Stack Developer
The first round was a phone interview focused on getting to know the role and a basic resume run-through. The second round was a technical interview, mostly asking questions about JavaScript technicalities. Be sure to review terms like closure and dynamically-typed. A pretty basic coding problem was also included at the end.

Customer Service Executive
The interview process is pretty straightforward. First, there's a JAM session, followed by a managerial round where they ask for a self-introduction, and that's it. The main thing they assess throughout the interview is your communication skills, specifically checking for any mother tongue influence.
