Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Exa Corporation.
Senior Applications Engineer
It was a really long and overwhelming process, taking about 6 months from the initial HR screening call. It was quite different and unique. First, there were 2 HR interactions, then 2 phone interviews with my Manager. After that, I had on-site interviews with 8 people in a single day, which was overwhelming. This was followed by salary negotiation, which I didn't expect at this company, and finally, the offer letter.
