Over 3 months I went through an Initial Interview + Technical Interview + Team "Fit" Interview + Job Offer Meeting. Initial Interview: asked about my interests and expectations to see if moving forward was worthwhile. Technical Interview: Panel of 4 devs/managers asked lots of questions to gauge my depth/breadth on tech on my resume and tech used by the company. Given two choices for solving a programming question on a whiteboard. Team "Fit" Interview: To make sure I wasn't planning on leaving the island soon, that I would fit with the Aloha culture, and that I was okay with working on longer/slower Enterprise software products instead of a fast-paced start-up environment mentioned on my resume. Job Offer Meeting: Received the job offer letter in the final meeting with a good description of all the benefits.

I got a quick response and they set up an interview for the open position. It was a two-part interview process. The first part was to assess my technical skills, and the second part was to see how well I'd fit in with the company. Everyone I met was really nice, and it seemed like a great place to work. I talked to people from both the development team and management. Overall, it was a good experience.
