3 rounds 1. Phone Call (Initial Screening) 2. Interview with Team Leader (In-depth Role Fit): This round is typically more technical and focused on your skills, experience, and how you'd fit into the specific team. The team leader wants to know if you can actually do the job and collaborate effectively. 3. Interview with CEO (Strategic Fit & Culture)
- Can you tell me about the model you used in your master's thesis?
Data Entry Clerk
The interview was conducted via instant messaging and was very direct and easy to understand. The Hiring Manager made sure I understood all the information shared and frequently checked if I was comfortable and wished to continue.
- Can you share an example of a work challenge you encountered and how you resolved it?
- What principles guide your work ethic?
- How do you approach your work?
Customer Service Representative
The interview started with an introduction to the company and the participants from EWE and their areas. Then there were a few questions about myself (the applicant) – a brief outline of my career path. It was a very pleasant, open conversation, not just a question/answer session. The Dutz culture was maintained even during the interview.
- Do you only consider your own area, or is it also sensible to keep an eye on adjacent areas? To look beyond your own nose?
HR Manager
The requirements in the interview and those previously stated in the job advertisement did not align. The interview consequently proceeded very unprofessionally. When I addressed the disarray, I was personally criticized. Since it was already visible in my resume that I did not meet the desired (not the required) tasks, the interview should not have taken place at all. A waste of time for both parties.
- Do you have a degree with a legal background?
