First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EVS.
Solar PV Engineer
I had an initial screening call, then two technical interviews. One was with the team lead and the other with the director of engineering. Both interviews covered technical and behavioral questions.
- Can you describe your previous job responsibilities?
Civil Engineer
HR gave me a call for a 30-minute phone chat. It was a really fast and professional process. The first interview was behavioral, and they asked me about my past projects and why I'm keen to work for this company.
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Analyst
The interview involved a technical part where I had to explain my work experience. Then there was an HR part, which included telling them about myself in detail, explaining my work, and discussing my academics. We also talked about salary and the career scope. They also went into detail about the work itself.
- Could you provide a detailed introduction about yourself?
Senior Associate
The interview process was standard and done online, which was good. It involved many questions about how you'd handle people-centric situations, which have many things to think about when answering. Basically, you can talk about your past work experience and any skills you've picked up.
- Can you tell me more about this role and other general details?
- What was your experience like at your previous company?
- What skills have you acquired over time?
