First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EVRY.
Customer Support Representative
The interviewer seemed unprepared and didn't even look at my resume. They presented basic job benefits as if they were amazing. They promised to get back to me but never did, and later I found out they forgot to call. The whole experience felt demeaning for what is a basic job.

Business
I applied to about 40 jobs, and this one had the absolute worst process, duration-wise and in how they handled candidates. It involved a Game-assessment, a Video-interview, an Assessment-day, and finally an In-depth interview. They try to place candidates into roles they deem a good fit during the assessment day, with short 15-minute interviews, but it seemed like they weren't very effective, as several people I talked to felt their placements were totally off. I was matched with a position during a speed interview that felt completely wrong for me. Despite this, I was invited to a final, in-depth interview for that role, which I already knew wasn't a good fit. Unsurprisingly, I didn't get the job. This company has a really poor rating on Glassdoor, and after going through this, I can see why. On the plus side, if you get past the game-based assessment, it might be relatively easy to secure a job compared to other companies, as the assessment day and in-depth interview didn't really test competence or skills, just standard interview questions. But, this also kind of explains why the company seems so disorganized.
- Regarding the digital video, what effects has digitization had on businesses in both the public and private sectors?
- What personal insights have you gained that would be valuable to EVRY?
Software Engineer
So, there were 3 rounds total. First was an online test with questions on Logical ability, aptitude, C, DBMS, and OOP. Then we had a GD, which had easy topics. Finally, a Tech/HR interview where they asked about my projects, programming stuff, and some HR questions. It was pretty average difficulty overall.
- What makes you want to work in IT?
- Could you introduce yourself?
Associate
The interview process was good, with interviews conducted by the college. The aptitude test was really tough, and although I couldn't solve everything, they selected most candidates. Finally, 20 members were chosen, but no offer letters were given, and there were no further updates.
