After submitting my application online, I had a chat with HR, then interviewed with the Australian team leader, followed by an interview with two other leaders on the team. The whole process felt pretty relaxed and natural; I got to learn more about the role and explain how my background fits. The people seemed genuinely nice and like they cared about their employees. Even though I was close to getting an offer, they called me personally on video to let me know it was just a small difference between me and the other candidate. I really hope they continue to grow and consider me for the role again soon.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I submitted my application online and got a response from an HR specialist in under a week. She set up an initial 30-minute screening call on Teams. The questions in this first part were pretty standard – asking about me, my reasons for applying, and my strengths and weaknesses. She also shared more about the company culture and the team. After that, I was given a PI Cognitive Assessment to complete before my second interview. About a week later, I had my second interview with the hiring manager and the Head of Implementation. They were quite welcoming and asked insightful questions about my background and how I've worked with customers. They provided more information about the implementation team and the company. The final step involved a presentation where I had to simulate a customer kick-off call, using an example provided along with a sample presentation deck. The entire experience was smooth and clear, and everyone I interacted with was very approachable and responsive.

Behavioral Technical

After I applied, the talent rep reached out within about a week. First, I had to do a PI assessment, both behavioral and cognitive. Then, the talent rep and I chatted briefly on MS Teams about the role, the company, and what they expected. After that, I spoke with a manager in the department, and then met with the hiring manager. The whole team was really good about keeping me updated. Everyone was nice, paid attention, and asked good questions. The whole thing wrapped up in just a few weeks, and I really liked how responsive, open, and quick they were with their hiring.

First, I had a phone call with the Head of Talent, who I assume is based in the US. It was a really good and engaging chat. Then, I went to the EK offices for a second interview with two team members. They asked pretty standard questions and we had a discussion. They talked a lot about the business and their own roles, which felt less engaging. They told me about the rest of the process, but then I never heard back. When I asked for feedback, I was told the recruitment for the role was delayed and someone would be in touch, but still nothing. I also didn't get any feedback, and the job was advertised for about a year after. It felt like the company's ambitions were outpacing its capabilities.
