I applied on Linkedin/their website and got an interview the next day. After interviewing I was told I'd hear if I move on soon. I followed up a week later and got a response that I'd hear within the week if I moved on. Never heard back.

Applied online from LinkedIn and heard back within an hour to set up an interview. It seemed to go well, but I never heard back after that. I sent a thank you note and then a follow-up about ten days later, but still no response, not even a rejection. I felt it was rude and unprofessional, especially since the interviewer discussed potential next steps.

The interview process had 4 rounds, and I met with several people, including the CEO. It was a pretty average experience, and after the first round, it felt more like a chat than a skill test. Everyone was on time and there were no reschedules, which I appreciated. They also did a design test for the design role.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had an initial Zoom call describing the role and my experience. Then I was brought into the office to do a second interview with some of the associates. All the interviewers were very friendly.
