It was a multi-stage interview process for an entry-level position. I went through 3 interviews total: 2 were virtual and 1 was in-person. They asked pretty much the same questions in each. I really thought I had landed the job, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer.

Initially, the company's website and recruiter led me to believe it was a straightforward process: 1. recruiter chat, 2. hiring manager interview, 3. offer. However, after step 2, I had another job offer and needed a decision by week's end. They remained silent until Thursday afternoon, informing me about a surprise 3rd interview Friday morning. This unexpected round repeated the exact same questions from the hiring manager interview. Despite knowing my need for a decision that day, they ghosted me. It's been over two weeks with no further communication after that surprise third interview. During this final interview, they also mentioned that taking time off for a doctor's appointment requires using a full day of PTO. They also have unrealistic caseload expectations (up to 40 clients weekly), with the little free time between clients meant for 15-minute follow-ups, leaving no actual breaks. They misrepresented their interview process and show a lack of employee value through their demanding caseloads and poor PTO policy, where even a short doctor's visit consumes a whole day of leave. This company wasted my time and acted unprofessionally. I strongly advise others to avoid them.

Michelle was really nice and friendly, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable and not nervous. She was honest and transparent. I was told about the job role and duties, and also got info on benefits, PTO, bonus structure, and the tech stipend. Leslie, who was also very sweet, then interviewed me. I was also told what the next steps in the process would be.

I went through a 2-step interview process. First, I chatted with HR. Then, I met with the clinical supervisor. They asked about my comfort in a medical setting, how I handle multitasking, and my basic clinical skills. They also emphasized work-life balance.
