First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Evolve Treatment Centers.
Mental Health Therapist
It was a quick chat where we talked about how my experience matches my resume. They went over the job details and what they expected. They also told me about the pay and the schedule, and gave me the job description. It took about 20 minutes and they asked when I could start.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Licensed Vocational Nurse
It felt rushed and like I was being drilled, though they were friendly it was very impersonal. They did a lot of background checks, which is good for the business. They didn't go into much detail about the job descriptions.
- What are your career goals?
Residential Counselor
The zoom interview felt like an open conversation where I could voice my work experience. I was also able to voice my concerns about the position and get some great feedback. The interviewer was also interested in hearing about my future plans in the profession.
- Can you describe a lesson plan for a resident activity?
Counselor
I got an email saying I should come in person for an interview. Then I got another email by Monday saying I didn't get the job. The interview was okay, not too hard, and nothing too tricky. It wasn't a very warm or friendly vibe.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in our company?
- Could you describe your experience working with teenagers?
