The interview process was pretty easy, though they weren't super clear about benefits or how the compensation plan worked. It started with a 1-hour interview, followed by meeting with a sales manager. The final stage was an in-person meeting with the entire team of about 6 or 7 people I would be working with.

The hiring process was a bit messy at first. The HR person reached out via email about a month after I applied, and I had honestly forgotten about the application. She seemed really overloaded and busy. We scheduled a call, but she had to reschedule it last minute. The call itself went okay, I think, but then there was a 3-week gap before I heard anything. Eventually, the HR person called and invited me for an in-person interview. I was a bit iffy about it after the rocky start, but I decided to go. The interviews on-site took about 2 hours total. I talked with two managers and the director of the department. I really liked them all and the interview vibe was pretty relaxed. They were upfront about what they were looking for in a candidate.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got an email from HR about 4 weeks after applying online. The phone interview felt really rough, the person was more focused on complaining about the company than on my background. About 2 weeks later, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. The interview times kept getting changed, and it seemed like a mess with scheduling and communication. The actual interview went well, met with the recruiter, payroll and finance managers, and the HR director. Felt like I connected with everyone. Sent thank you notes, but only one person responded. Was told they'd decide by the end of the week. The next week, still no word, so I emailed again to show I was still interested and ask about the hiring status. No reply. Another week passed, and I started losing interest, realizing I didn't want to work for a company that doesn't even have the basic courtesy to communicate well.

First, I had a phone interview, then two in-person interviews. I met with some executives and a few team members. They asked me general questions and wanted to see how I'd handle prioritizing requests. They also asked about my career aspirations.
