Sales
The interview process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Communication from the company was clear, and each step moved along at a comfortable pace. Overall, the experience felt organized and professional, and the conversations were relaxed and informative. The process made it simple to understand the role and expectations without feeling overly complicated or stressful.
- Could you share some details about your background and experience?
Data Entry
I had to set up an account on a third-party app for video calls. The recruiter was really slow to respond via email and the app. When it was time for the interview, they ghosted me even though we had confirmed.

Sales Representative
I was referred by an external recruiter and then had a 30 min video interview with the regional manager. After that, I had a 1h15 min on-site interview. I felt it went great with lots of questions. At the end, the manager gave me his number and a contact for another rep to talk more about the job. He even said he'd try to schedule another interview with his manager. But then the regional manager ghosted me! I called and left a voicemail after speaking with the other rep, asking for an update, but no call back. A few days later, I emailed to say I was still interested and asked for an update. No replies. I never knew what happened. It's been over a month and I didn't even get a rejection email from HR. The whole hiring process just vanished. Very unprofessional and disrespectful after all the time and effort I put in. All they needed was a 1-minute email to say they moved on with other candidates or I wasn't selected.
- Can you start by telling me a little about yourself?
Marketing Manager
Got referred by someone internally to apply. Had to submit my past experience and a CDA with my resume online. Then set up a time for a phone screen. The initial phone screen and face-to-face meetings used a traditional structured interview guide with several department leads and HR folks.
- Can you describe how you collaborate with internal departments to achieve corporate goals?
