Evisions Interview Questions
& Process

This was the most thorough interview process I've ever been through. It started with a phone call, then a case study, followed by a presentation, and then a full day of interviews with panels and individuals. Although it took 8 weeks, Evisions put a lot of time into it, and by the end, I really understood the job. By the time they offered me the position, I felt like I was already committed to their success. I had other good offers at the same time, but I picked this one, and I don't regret it. Evisions truly cares about their employees and finding the right person for important roles.

The interview process was super fast but also really thorough. They asked me great questions, like what I thought about the company's current products, their website, and future plans. They were really open about the job from the start and how it would help me grow. I had my second interview in the same week, which included heads of other departments. It was a good way to see the company culture and meet the people. This second interview felt more like a group chat about where the company stands in the industry and the exciting direction it's heading. Right after that, I got a call with an offer to join Evisions.

Applied online and had a preliminary chat with HR. Then there was a more technical interview with current engineers focusing on technical knowledge. After that, an interview with managers went well. The final interview with the VP/department head was rescheduled because he didn't show up the first time. After the rescheduled interview, which went fine, I was told I made a great impression and would hear back within a week, but I didn't.

I got through three interview stages. Each interview was about 30 minutes. I really liked that they kept me updated on my status and whether I was still in the running. The interviews themselves were pretty average because you only talk to someone for 30 minutes, so you can't really get into deep topics. It was a good experience overall.
