Started with a recruiter email to set up a phone screen where they asked about salary expectations. Then, a technical interview with a Senior Research Associate to discuss software and programs used in the role. After that, an interview with the manager about teamwork, collaboration, and work style. Finally, a meeting with the Director to talk about overall fit and alignment with the team and company.

You'll have to do a mini programming task. You can ask them anything about what a typical day looks like, how they evaluate performance, how they assign work, etc. They're pretty open to that. Basically, just have a discussion with your future colleagues.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with 4 VPs and the hiring manager. The HR process was slow, and I had to follow up a lot to get it finalized. I suggest talking to someone who currently works there, besides the hiring manager, to get a better feel for the role before interviewing. I thought I understood it, but it turned out to be different than I expected.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

The interview process involved several rounds. It started with an HR screen and then an HR interview. After that, there were three one-on-one interviews with team members. This was followed by a panel interview with two groups of people, a mix of junior and senior team members. We also had a professional presentation with a Q&A session. The whole thing stretched over a few months, and there were some quiet periods in between which made it a bit uncertain about where things stood.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to make a tough decision about a study and communicate it to a client?
  • Tell me about a time you managed client expectations for work that was outside the original scope, and describe what you did.
