It started with text messages, then a bunch of emails and phone calls, and finally a virtual interview. They were late for scheduled appointments multiple times and never let me know if I got the job.

I had a great interview experience. It started with one remote interview on camera. Then I had three in-person interviews, followed by a project. The whole thing took three weeks and finished with reference checks. They were really informative and communicated clearly throughout.

I applied initially as a CS Lead because I was looking for a way to make a difference while working for a company that showed a commitment to doing good things socially while running a successful business. Tough ask, right. But Everytable seemed like a good match. I applied for support lead and went through several rounds of interviews then was ghosted. I was contacted a few weeks later regarding a CS Manager opening and again interviewed then was ghosted. I reached out for an update to no response. I still believe in what Everytable is trying to do, but their recruitment practices and communication style are atrocious. It just speaks to a lack of respect and care for the candidate and their time. Such a shame that a company with an opportunity to make such a positive impact could be so broken on this end.

There were 2 interviews for this role. The first one was a phone call to review my qualifications. Then, after that, there was an in-person meeting. It was pretty easy because the second part was mostly to give me a better idea of what I'd be doing and where.
