Behavioral Presentation

It was pretty simple. I had several meetings with different business owners. They asked good follow-up questions and gave me a good feel for what the hiring team was looking for. Just know that the business strategy can shift, so job roles might change too.

Great interview process! I had a 20-minute phone call with an HR person, and then I did two Zoom interviews with different people from the team. The interviews were about talking about my past experience and why I wanted to work at this company.

Coding Behavioral Technical Group

This was a really thorough interview process with 8 interviews in total. I got to meet people from different teams, which was great for understanding what each team values and their challenges. My technical recruiter, Teresa, was super helpful and quick to respond. She explained the role clearly beforehand and was flexible when I needed to reschedule. I also interviewed with the Director, who was very approachable and made the process feel comfortable. She answered all my questions thoroughly, giving me the clarity I needed to make a decision. She even followed up a week later to check in and see if I was aware of the next steps. We also discussed my feedback even after I declined the offer.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • A coding interview was conducted.
  • A leadership and behavioral interview was part of the process.
  • There was a discussion about technical architecture.
