I recently started at Everybody as a Paid Media Analyst, and I have to say, the interview process was really great. It was a smooth and exciting journey from the beginning to the end. What really stood out was how timely everything was. The HR team at Everybody kept me in the loop and updated me from the moment I applied. This professionalism and openness really made for a positive experience. The interviews themselves were both tough and eye-opening. I felt the interviewers were easy to talk to and truly wanted to get to know me. They gave me plenty of chances to ask questions about the company culture, what's expected, and how I could grow, which was super helpful in making me feel confident that the job and company would be a good match for me. Basically, my interview experience with Everybody was smooth, punctual, and challenging in all the best ways. I'm excited to help the agency keep succeeding and to grow with this amazing company.

My interview experience at Three Whiskey was really good! They were quick and professional in scheduling everything. I had 3 interviews before getting an offer. The first one was to introduce myself to Three Whiskey and see if it was a good fit for both me and the company. They asked direct questions about my Project Management background and how I approach potential problems. The second interview involved a PowerPoint presentation. I got the topic a few days before and presented my screen while discussing the scenario. The last interview was more relaxed, like a casual chat where the team wanted to know me better personally. They asked a few more questions, but it was pretty quick. Soon after, I got an offer from the People Advisor with all the details.

I applied on LinkedIn and heard back from the recruiter via email with some initial questions. After I answered those, I had a first interview where we talked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. A day or two later, I had a second interview where I had to present an ad campaign I chose and also do a numeracy test. Even though this is my first job in this field and I didn't have direct experience, the interviewers made me feel comfortable. The whole thing was online via Teams, which was great. The recruiter stayed in touch throughout, which made it a good experience overall.

I had a good time meeting the leaders at Three Whiskey. The interview was engaging and tough. I got the vibe it'd be a cool place to work, and they seemed really focused on creating a good atmosphere for people to stay and develop. My only issue was the interview approach – questions came at me fast and they really pushed back on everything I said. It might not work for everyone, especially more thoughtful types. Having worked at big places that get that people work differently (and adjust interviews), it made me a bit hesitant about 3w. I figure only a certain kind of person would succeed, but you really need different working styles for a truly effective team.
